CardVenture’s Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Entrepreneur’s Details

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the CardVenture webshop.

  2. By placing an order, the consumer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

Article 3 – Prices and Payment

  1. All products are exempt from VAT under the Dutch Small Business Scheme (KOR).

  2. Payments are made in advance via iDEAL.

Article 4 – Ordering and Delivery

  1. Upon receipt of payment, the consumer will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Shipping details will be provided separately once the order has been dispatched.

  2. CardVenture strives to deliver within 5 working days. The maximum statutory delivery period is 30 days.

  3. Delivery is carried out via PostNL to the address provided by the consumer.

  4. The entrepreneur is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

  5. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order (cooling-off period).

  2. Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and sealed.

  3. The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer.

  4. After a valid return, the consumer will receive a refund of the purchase price within 14 days via the same payment method.

Article 6 – Conformity and Warranty

  1. CardVenture supplies only new and sealed products.

  2. All products are subject to statutory warranty. This means that the consumer is entitled to a product that meets reasonable expectations.

Article 7 – Complaints and Disputes

  1. Unopened products: Complaints regarding the delivery of products or any defects must be reported by e-mail to info@cardventure.eu within 14 days of receipt of the order.

  2. Opened products: Complaints must include photographic evidence of the issue. Such claims will be forwarded to the manufacturer, as CardVenture cannot be held responsible for defects originating from the manufacturer.

  3. CardVenture aims to respond to all complaints within 14 days.

  4. If a complaint cannot be resolved through mutual consultation, the consumer may submit it to the European ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution) via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Article 8 – Liability

CardVenture’s liability is, in all cases, limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Article 9 – Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as disruptions at PostNL, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances), CardVenture’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure.
