CardVenture processes personal data when you use our webshop and/or when you provide such data to us. This may include:

  • Purpose: Website hosting, security and server logs

• Payment processor: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland, EU)

  • Purpose: Secure payment processing

  • Data shared: Payment details, contact details

• Delivery service: PostNL (Netherlands)

  • Purpose: Delivery of physical products

  • Data: Name, address, contact details

Note: Hostinger and Stripe act as processors on behalf of CardVenture. PostNL acts as an independent controller, responsible for its own processing of data.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

At present, CardVenture uses only the cookies strictly necessary for the functioning of the webshop, provided by Hostinger’s Website Builder. No tracking or marketing cookies (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or Hotjar) are used.

Persoonsgegevens die we verwerken

CardVenture verwerkt persoonsgegevens wanneer u gebruikmaakt van onze webshop en/of wanneer u deze gegevens zelf aan ons verstrekt. Dit kan onder meer de volgende gegevens omvatten:

• E-mailadres (voor bevestiging, verzendinformatie en factuur)

• Voor- en achternaam

• Betaalgegevens (veilig verwerkt via Stripe)

Wij verzamelen niet opzettelijk gevoelige persoonsgegevens of informatie van bezoekers jonger dan 16 jaar zonder toestemming van hun ouder of wettelijke vertegenwoordiger.

Doel van verwerking

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:

• Leveren van fysieke producten (via PostNL)

• Opnemen van contact indien dit nodig is om onze diensten uit te voeren

Geautomatiseerde besluitvorming

CardVenture neemt geen besluiten met aanzienlijke gevolgen voor personen op basis van uitsluitend geautomatiseerde verwerking (zoals profilering of AI-gestuurde beslissingen).

Bewaartermijnen

Wij bewaren uw persoonsgegevens alleen zolang dat nodig is voor de doeleinden waarvoor wij deze hebben verzameld:

• Administratieve en financiële gegevens (inclusief ordergegevens, betalingen en leveringsinformatie): 7 jaar, conform de Nederlandse fiscale bewaarplicht

• Serverlogs (verzameld door onze hostingprovider Hostinger): bewaard volgens het eigen beleid van Hostinger (CardVenture heeft geen controle over deze bewaartermijnen)

Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden

CardVenture deelt uw persoonsgegevens uitsluitend met derden wanneer dit noodzakelijk is voor het uitvoeren van onze diensten of om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen. Dit betreft onder meer:

• Hostingprovider: Hostinger International Ltd. (EU)

  • Doel: Websitehosting, beveiliging en serverlogs

  • Gedeelde gegevens: IP-adres, technische gegevens

• Betaalverwerker: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ierland, EU)

  • Doel: Veilige verwerking van betalingen

  • Gedeelde gegevens: Betaalgegevens, contactgegevens

• Bezorgdienst: PostNL (Nederland)

  • Doel: Levering van fysieke producten

  • Gedeelde gegevens: Naam, adres, contactgegevens

Let op: Hostinger en Stripe treden op als verwerkers namens CardVenture. PostNL treedt op als zelfstandige verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en is verantwoordelijk voor de eigen verwerking van persoonsgegevens.

Cookies en vergelijkbare technologieën

Op dit moment maakt CardVenture uitsluitend gebruik van cookies die strikt noodzakelijk zijn voor het functioneren van de webshop, geleverd via de Website Builder van Hostinger. Er worden geen tracking- of marketingcookies gebruikt (zoals Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel of Hotjar).

Mochten wij in de toekomst gebruik gaan maken van dergelijke diensten, dan zullen deze Privacyverklaring en onze cookieverklaring hierop worden aangepast.
